  • What is your race change policy?

    All race changes will be made on race day. You will be responsible to pay the difference in current race fees if moving to a higher priced event. There will be no refunds if you move to a less expensive event.

  • What is your refund policy?

    No refunds will be issued. This includes requests made due to injury, surgery, pregnancy, personal circumstances, date conflicts and professional commitments.

  • What is your race transfer policy?

    No transfers.

  • Do you offer special registration for groups or teams?

    Yes! It is $5 off each registration. Please see our registration page and select groups 4 or more or click here. If you are a company with over 15 employees, please email for pricing.

  • Is there a way for me to track my athlete?

    We do not have the ability to track your athlete. However, post-race, all results will be posted to our official results page that be can be assessed on your phone or you can visit the results tent to see the official results.

  • Am I able to change my shirt size?

    We will allow changes after race day packet pickup with what we have available.

  • Can I pick up someone else's race packet?

  • Can I run or walk with an iPod or other personal music device?

    Yes. USA Track & Field has amended Rule 144.3, which pertains to the use of headphones and other electronic devices, to enable race directors to choose to allow the use of headphones by runners in non-championship races. We ask that you keep the volume at a level that enables you to be alert to your surroundings in case there is an emergency.

  • What timing device is the event using?

    Chronotrack disposable tags

  • How old must you be to participate?

    4 years or older for the 5K
    12 or older for the half marathon

  • Are you allowed to push a jogging stroller in either of the races?

    For the safety of all participants, we do not allow jogging strollers in either of the races.

  • Will you have pace teams at your event?

    Yes, for the half marathon distance

  • How many fluid stations are on the course?

    4 for the Half
    1 for the 5K

  • Where are the restrooms on the course?

    Only on the half marathon course

  • Will there be gear check?

    Yes, at the venue

  • What time does the course officially close?

    3.5 hour time limit for the half marathon

  • Will there be a photographer onsite to take pictures of the run?


  • Can I register with a check or mail-in form?

    No, we do electronic registration only.
